So as a public accounting manager, I now have to make the partners' large salaries, and I have to make the PE firm's salaries, too. And n a few years, when I'm offered the chance to buy in, the price will be more than I can afford. PE firms aren't doing this for the good of mankind or overworked CPAs.

Please don’t see “tax planning” and run for the hills. It’s actually a lot of fun, and so was this interview thank you Jason and team 😂

Dude, first of all, stop making background noises like UMM HA Ha... AHHH....it is very annoying to hear that. Second of all learn how to use noise cancellation so we don't hear your breathing. it was so painful to hear this.

The host was awful in this interview. Constant interrupting, breathing loud, and talking over Ron. Very hard to listen.

Thanks for this. I am starting my booking business and was thinking of offering pricing similar to this, so I'm happy to hear that I'm riding the right wave. My question is, if I offer subscription pricing do I then need to charge sales tax for the subscription price? I'm a Florida based business and I understand that services are not taxed but subscriptions are. Could you please clarify?

When you buy bitcoin you are buying the right to update a distributed ledger. You're private key allows you to credit your account balance for the proportional amount of the total $21mm supply of BTC. I'm really sorry sir, but if the audience is CPAs then we really need to start talking about this like accountants instead of retail traders.

Wow this one has aged 😳 Might as well have said Celcius & Anchor are really safe places to park stable coins. This is what I mean by CPAs being exposed to crypto as merely a speculative investment is probably not the best way to go about it. Also, high interest rates correlate to high growth in tech...DF!? It's literally the exact opposite and you can look at all of 2021 as evidence or the current market losses. It's pretty basic capital asset pricing. Tech is capital intensive so it's a more attractive investment when there is a larger spread between the risk free rate of return and the underlying.

I like the 4 stages of firm growth: 1) We take all clients 2) We only take clients who pay 3) We only take compliant clients 4) I only work for people I like
