I am diagnosed with tb yesterday and started medication from yesterday only just hoping i will be cured soon just pray but i have tb in lungs so and in family one month ago my cousin was diagnosed with tb after that i have diagnosed with tb but my tb is with pneumonia so just pray for me

My sister has TB lymph node neck she took medicine for 6 months first and it didn't heal so she is taking medicine a second time she has been taking medicine for 4 months but she has pain from the beginning she is following everything carefully but she has pain Is it the medicine that is not working or what is it please please please answer me

I do have a question. Why in all TB videos they stress keep taking the medication. Does it have really bad side effects? I feel like its so stressed in every video i see, I cant understand why they need to mention it unless there is a reason why im assuming so many people arent follow through that they need to make it so advertised in educational videos.

Their is only one option to cure tb which is to take medicine without missing it every day for how many months the doctor has advised... if you happen to miss medicine one day then you have to start from the beginning

The doctor told me my right SI joint is infected with TB and there's a bulging disc at L4/5. My blood test came back positive. He recommended another skin test involving a needle or skin tissue removal. I just turned 20, and I feel shattered and helpless. I asked him about physical therapy, but he kept denying it and didn't prescribe any antibiotics. It's been over 12 months, and the pain returns if I stop taking the inflammation medicine.

Don't be scared you will be alright I am 17 I am also diagnosed with eptb and I am in my 5th month and even I didn't smoke nor my family members but it's OK, don't be scared just be strong with a positive mindset and you will start feeling better . I am also fighting with same mindset and trust me I have started feeling very well now .

Already have the medicine. No need to be afraid. It's my second time I get tb treatment. As long as you drink the medicine antibiotic for 6-9 months and you add your weight, you'll be healthy again. Depend on your body immune. 🙏

Hi, I am MDR TB patient, my treatment is going on from 5 months now, And from 2 months I am feeling severe leg pain, burning pain in my foot, numbness in lower limbs, and tightness of viens of leg Doctor said it's because of medicines. Did anyone else suffered same? And how long will it last? I haven't slept for 2 months now because of this pain.

This is side effect of isoniazid! It actually can be stopped and you can continue with high rifampin which will help.

i was diagnosed with ptb 2 months ago and until now i havent started taking medicine yet because my body doesn't accept the medicine, I have allergies, redness, vomiting, and colds, because of this I can't start the treatment and there seems to be no hope of recovery 😢 I hope I get better soon, I don't want it to get worse

Yow! You need to take that medicine for your good! If you didnt your sick will be hard to treat. I suggest that go back to your doctor and tell what are you feeling when you take the drugs and he or she will down the dosage so it makes you feel more comfortable after you take the drugs.
