I thought ups and post office covered items with the insurance that comes with postage if items come broken... That's what we pay for. I try and stay away from breakable items, lol. So frustrating. Thanks for sharing your great sales

The post office can take up to 6 months to review the incident, and they usually DO take that long, especially going into Q4

I'm so glad these ladies care so much about the cats and volunteer their time! It makes me happy to see others loving and caring for animals the way that I do. We need more organizations like this...and more donations too.
