Love the video, do you have any delamination issues? I was thinking a heat gun would help adhere the two colors together. Maybe it's not needed with these molds
@makingbaits3 ай бұрын
Thanks @dirtdawgjim! To answer your question, Moose Ridge Molds are made of a composite resin and do not require heating, and the company recommends not preheating or using a heat gun on the molds as it can cause warping of the mold. I talk a little more about it in this review of the #150 mold. www.makingbaits.com/content/articles/blog/deep-dive-moose-ridge-molds-reference-150-dreaded-ned-open-pour-mold

Love that color! Reminds me of the original Gene Larew Salt Craw in pumpkinseed! Took people's $$ in the mid 80s. Worked great on a Texas Rig using Culprit's skirted worm weight or on a wobble head like the Biffle Bug.

Hello! If you're offering, I would be happy to accept. Moving into my new bait shop this coming week, and can always use new colors to mix in! I have about 80 different recipes written now, and need to order some colorants to proof them out! That would help out a lot!

I thnk bass have only two types of colour cones, this colour is most likely a shade of white to them if I;m not mistaken... ( I do like using it though, especially if the water has any yellow/clay element to it)
@makingbaits7 ай бұрын
This is indeed true, and at depth, the Chartreuse color appears a bright white even to the human eye. There are a few videos on KZbin showing this to be true with a GoPro and several colors of baits being dropped deep.
