Thanks, good to see you doing these again, very useful, is this the only book (SD Kehoe) you refer for your Indian club or are there any other books (old one), you recommend? finally, have you started noticing any health benefits by doing SD Kehoe Indian clubs exercises? Thanks again.

@@swamycn6138 hiya, the smaller clubs are 2lb each, approx 46cm. The bigger ones are 3.5lb each and 56cm. Not sure if they are in any of the videos as they are harder to demo with ! Cheers

Very nice, 12 is definitely more tricky to keep the club on the same plane as you splash out to the side. I always find it easier to relax my grip a fair bit. 🙂

Wow! I totally missed this comment. Apologies! Ex 13 is really something. I did not get to grip with it last year and then filming outside became harder. I will give it another go and put up whatever I manage for you to at least improve on!!
