Ich schließe meine Augen, befinde mich am Strand , am Meer , die Sonne geht unter mit einem Rot Orangen Schimmer, es sind 30 Grad, ich atme die Meeresbriese tief ein und lasse alle anspannungen mit jedem ausatmen hinaus. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Klang , Namast'e 😊

Hoy Domingo 7 de Enero del 2024 ya pasaron los Reyes Ami hace muchos años no recibo regalos de nadies sólo de mi hija para el día de la Madre es la única que se acuerda de mí mi hija Viviana gracias a Dios que la tengo a ella y mis nietos ya son adolescentes se me fue la vida y ni si quiera los pude disfrutar de tanto trabajar triste no Dios alludarme a salir de este lugar ATI te parece que yo merezco estar acá después de haber dado tanto x los demás que injusta es la vida 😢

Y me estiró en la cama y me sano yo mismo con posturas yoga y medito y tengo la conciencia de quién soy x acá donde estoy yo no voy a la casa de nadies ni me meto con nadie x no conosco a nadies ❤

Cuanda desayunes ponete musica suabe cuando te duches tambien cuando almuerzo lo mismo si tenes 1/2 en tu trabajo toma algo fresco no te llenes el estomago de mas x te.sentis pesada y no rindes lo que deberias razona y pruebalo ❤
