wow this recipe looks so good🤤 can i ask can i use frozen sushi grade tuna..? i have them it’s been in the freezer for two weeks now!

I never used frozen tuna for poke, but I think you can. Actually the ones I buy from store might be defrost. Of course fresh tuna will taste so much better though.

Once it’s freezed you’re good for within the year. Just let it thaw for about half the day naturally. I think around 5-8 hours

Do you have a calorie count on this at all?

Hi Britnee, I calculated the total calories based on myfitnesspal's calorie count, and it became about 280 cal (1 serving)for poke part and 205 cal (1 serving) for cooked rice. So it will be 485 cal for 1 poke bowl.

夕飯食べたのに、お腹が減りました…。😂温泉卵もいい塩梅で、今度はしっかり温度を測って作ってみたいと思います。🥚🥚

いつも応援してくださって、ありがとうございます💗 温泉卵、このレシピでは黄身が少し固まりかけたかな、というくらいにできあがります。トロトロでほぼ生状態にされたい場合は18分くらいでできあがります。前はお湯をわかして、そこに冷たい水を入れて、というやり方にしていたのですが、水の温度に差があるためか、全然固まらなかったりしたことがあったので温度計に頼ることにしました。水の量をたっぷりにすると、卵を入れてからも温度が下がりにくいので、今の所失敗がないです。
