Hi Guys. I notice that here some say that Achilles and Patroclus were not cousins. Guys, I'm Greek. and I grew up and studied in Greece. every Greek regardless of the political situation of the state has been taught this story of the Iliad. even when the Greeks were under the cruel tyranny of the Turks. even when we had Byzantine Eastern Roman Empire. in all centuries all Greeks are taught this book. and in fact we learn it from the original ancient Greek language and translate every verse into the modern Greek. Achilles and Patroclus were cousins. but who told you that someone cannot have romantic and tender love relationships with his cousin? this was normal in ancient Greece.🇬🇷🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🇬🇷
