My calibration file report has a %Error column on it and I am struggling to determine what this is being calculated from. Can you direct me to the correct resource?

Thanks for watching the video. Please note that I can only offer very limited support through KZbin comments. If you're using a current version of Chromperfect that is under support, you can submit a request to our support team via our website. For older versions, the software should be upgraded, but there are extended support options available to you. To investigate further on your own, you can refer to your Chromperfect main manual, which should be installed with the software in the directory C:\cpdata\manuals. In this folder, you'll find several PDF files, and the main manual is the one you should check. Since you can search PDFs for specific terms, I did a quick check using the search term "percent error." You should find relevant information in the chapter titled "Calibration File Editor," specifically in the subsection "The Statistic Tab Section." I hope this helps point you in the right direction. Thanks for the comment. The Spreadsheet in the video was generated using the text and graphic export features in Chromperfect. This can be done very simply using the software as demonstrated. I do not have the spreadsheet that was created.
