I ordered from here directly and did not get my food for three hours, at all for that matter. On a Sunday, with no traffic, keep in mind it’s a ten minute drive from me. I asked for a refund and they hung up the phone and said they didn’t want my money. Became very argumentative and refused to issue refund and I had to call the police. Don’t eat here their customers service sucks and their attitude is disgusting. UPDATE: So today I got this text from them. I did tell them their service was trash after I had to get the police involved to receive my refund. Don’t shop here they don’t care about customers. UPDATE: No one cares that your Asian. If I was racist I wouldn’t even support Asian businesses bozzo. And you only refunded my money after I involved the police. The text was sent from you. I never said anything racist to anyone. I only cared that y’all did not deliver food I paid for then refused to give me my money back. I only called the store once after you continued to harass me by sending this text message. To inform you to refrain from contacting me in any way. Rather than playing the Asian-Hate card how about you look at the full context of the altercation. Just because you are Asian doesn’t give you the right to steal peoples money then call them racist for wanting it back. It also doesn’t give you the right to talk to people anyhow you feel over your establishments failure to fulfill orders and expect them not to talk back to you the same way. This would have all been avoided if you cared about your customers and had respect for them. Never said anything racist nor have I been contacted by any police since the incident. Not wanting to eat food sitting at room temperature for three hours is not racist. Reacting to someone calling you names and berating you over the phone for a refund is not racist. I support and donate to BLM, LGBTQ, & Stop Asian Hate movements. Do you? I am a minority myself. So keep crying wolf. What’s next a gofundme? 🤣🤣🤣 My review went viral. No one watches Fox News 🤣
