There was a court case in Norfolk 3 days ago where Safety Flock could not be used without a warrant because it violated thr 4th Amendment. I just noticed a flock license plate reader in Louisa as I was leaving "pick your own strawberries" farm off of broad street. Never heard any discussions in the county about this expensice surveillance. When were Flock Cameras discussed in Louisa? There is a huge pole that cannot be seen clearly in the dark where the camera is being placed. Looks like an accident waiting to happen.
