Ik heb zo'n rode vlotterschakelaar op mijn rvs DAB dompelpomp. Als ik een oHm meter pak en doe de pennen aan de bruin en blauw dan schakeld vlotter goed. Maar doe ik de pennen op aarde kabeltje en blauw dan heb ik laag niveau contact en onderbreekt bij hoog niveau. Doe ik dit met bruin en aardekabetje dan is er in beide niveau standen geen contact. Klopt het wel of niet dat er tussen aardekabeltje en blauw contact mag zijn of is er dan kortsluiting in de vlotter.

Great video I got two weatherford F-1300 mud pumps on a drilling rig. I drill with around 2000 psi. The pulsation dampeners are both pressured up to 3200 psi. What should pressure be on dampeners and what is it doing to my mud pump because the pressure is so high? Thanks……

The animation is pretty good, but it doesn't explain why the liquid wouldn't retreat into the upstream line when the dampner is on its return cycle. This needs to be adjusted, or if a check valve is used upstream of the flow (which I guess is the answer !!), it needs to be stated. Thought some pulsation dampners might actually be fitted with a "mitre valve" on the receiving opening to stop this flow reversal when the pump momentarily stops.

One type you did not mention: the geared screw pump. If you use this the screws are not touching, so you can pump non lubricating fluids

Nice video Obviously the size of the impeller compared to the particles also matters... for example a closed impeller 1meter in diameter can handle all the solid objects that you mentioned... but the size is determined initially based on the required flow rate, pressure & rpm combination... So in such cases after determining the impeller size then the impeller type is determined

In the animation, the water is lifted without any movement of the water in front of the of the intake being visibly displaced by the impeller. So it is not obvious what is creating the low pressure at the inlet to cause the initial lift.

I have a question , why self prime pump is good for liquid with particles ? Do you mean that if the check valve remains open in normal prime water with particles , the liquid may go inside the pump through suction line and when the pump starts to work may cause vibration or cavitation ?

The total suction line and the delivery line both are empty only the impeller is along submerged is that enough for suction of water from 6meters?
