You can't pilot them per say but you can tell them where to jump to in a 500LY radious (to orbit stars or planets)

Yes, it functions as a mobile storage for ships and items. For example you can use it as a mining base far away from any station which allows you to refuel and buy limpets from and deposit the ore you mined. The carrier uses Tritium as fuel which you can mine or buy and then refuel it manually when you dock Other players can also donate tritium if they have some in their ship@@stas_khavruk

@@massid3774 No, I think what he means is how you get arms on ITR 1.0 (Which is still only on pcvr but stay with me here) this video is 1.0 which is why I think this is what he was asking. It's a bit different in 1.0 so you need to switch show body from off to on
