Polly Pocket is definitely better quality. These are cheaper and less detailed.

I think those Peeps in the background of the pink peep are hippies! (Hippeeps?) I think the bus is a VW bus from the ‘60’s and the peep on the left has a psychedelic bandana on.

Watching this I suddenly remembered something I havent thought about in FOREVER. Do you remember Lord of the Peeps? It was a website where they redid the lord of the rings but all with peeps. The shop peeps in the background of the pink compact made me remember lol

Is that the same average quality as the modern day polly pocket? I was hoping since they stuck the traditional logo on it they would spend a bit more for quality materials to make it so it was more like the ones from the 90s

I don’t think these sets are worth very much, honestly. Most people aren’t trying to collect them. That said, they’re not super easy to find either, so if you do stumble upon one they’re a nice addition to a compact collection. =)💗💕

I’ve bought most of mine on eBay and Mercari. You might have luck finding some locally on Facebook Marketplace. And if you’re just getting started collecting them, shopgoodwill.com is good place to buy them, since they usually sell them in lots. 💕
