The citaro that keeps avoiding me also that 199 was the Dove Holes short run that doesn't go all the way to Manchester Airport but after the Transpeak seen in the video it does the 199 up to Dove Holes as that is where High peaks depot is located.

Are we certain it’s a ZF gearbox. Sounds like the typical Wilson SCG gearbox that most RMs have. This one notably has a Scania Engine though.

@@adamg6331 Having listened to many, many ZF gearboxes in my time, it certainly sounds like a ZF to me. Some RMs have received ZF retrofits over the years, and considering this one has been through multiple previous owners, it certainly could be possible.

No, not at all - The reason I've been banned seems to solely stem from the fact that their staff are camera shy, and weren't big fans of me filming onboard thier buses. I did try and reason with them, and I've always been happy to blur faces ect for those who want it, but sadly, they weren't willing to negociate, and chose the nuclear option instead.

It's a shame that this video is the reason that I've been given as to why I was banned from Howard's, especially as up to now, I've not even released it (And I don't even really see anything wrong with the contents of it either). Reguardless, hopefully this won't be the last you see of Howard's on this channel, as I won't be giving up as easily as Scott Banks hopes. Anyway, sorry for the mini rant, enjoy the video as always.

‘Thank you!!’ For this great video. I used to collect die-cast buses & had a wide interest in buses. This Stagecoach Leyland National brings back great memories as it used to come past my house when it was in service with Stagecoach in Nuneaton in Warwickshire. Then withdrawn back in 2004.😊

Those never fully entered service, and have currently been taken out of service to have a completely different fuel system fitted, which may make them a new type entirely by the end if it involves batteries. If we're being pedantic though, yeah, the FCEVs were the first deckers, and these are the first singles.
