They are not free like this airlines. So here some information that I read from the Thai Airway website: ------ Lounge Access Conditions Thai Airways International provides airport lounge services to travelers in premium classes,not only at THAI lounge, but also Star member carriers’lounge or contract lounge around the world. The lounge access policies are as follows THAI Royal First Class travelers and one guest flying with any Star Alliance member THAI Royal Orchid Platinum status members and one guest who both fly on a TG flight only. Star Alliance First Class travelers and one guest flying with any Star Alliance member Contracted customer airlines or contracted non-airlines (subject toagreement conditions)

OMG, you will be like going everyday. its 18 US$ you get all you can eat unlimited steak, chicken, wings, pork, seafood, rices, dessert and so much. Talking about that buffet make us hungry lolz.
