Did you know? Search Soul's charge shot peirces both Invis and the mercy invincibility getting hit gives an enemy Navi.

When I last fought him for an S Rank against him I used an L-unicoded folder. With Vulcan 3 Ls, Sea Seed, Rainy Day L, Elec Reel 3 Ls, multiple Guard 2 *, and Guard 3 *, several Quake 2 Ls (if Quake 2 also comes in the L code) and Quake 3 Hs, with other useful chips as fill for the Folder. That was back in 2011 on the original release for GameBoy Advance. That Folder might not be able to get a sub-10-second deletion, but you can still S Rank Protoman Omega with it. For me it was, *Gather the SP Navi chips to finish the game 100%, and sub-10-second S Rank the boss Navis later.* Good battle!

Thank you for the comment .Yeah I could build a folder with one or two letter codes but that takes a lot of time. So I just used my regular folder and got a lucky chip draw . I also played these games a kid from BN1 to BN6

@@carlluis770 Yes, it does take a while! When I played BN5 on GBA, I took the masochistic route and obtained every Standard chip in each possible code, in triplicate. That's 9 battles for each virus and its EX version, and 12 battles with Trumpy SP for each of the four Fanfare series chips in * code. And I also had to grind finding green mystery data by jacking in to the Net, grabbing the GMD, and then leaving again until I had what I needed. It can be stressful and time-consuming. A fun fact: the game imposes a hard limit of how many Fanfare, Discord, Timpani and Silence * chips you can obtain. Once you have three or five of each, the game will not allow Trumpy SP to drop any more. The same limit was placed on V4 Navi chips in Battle Network 3 - you could only have 10 copies of each one. Attempting to force an 11th one to drop with the Navi Customizer program Collect yields a [NO DATA] after the battle.

@@LKBoots15 wow i had no idea thanks for that info. I just don't get how people complain that this game is hard when you have things like bustermax and japan exclusive patch card and battlechips. when i played these games as a kid KZbin didn't exist yet and megaman was harder then.

@@carlluis770 Sure thing! Buster MAX Mode is very convenient, I think. You're right -- it makes the game many times easier, and without it the game is much more difficult. The Japan-exclusive chips are really overpowered and help tamp down the difficulty of the games.
