Nice views between the trees on that footpath. Very nice. Mandy has given me a book for you to look at. I haven't posted it yet, but I will. You wouldn't want to fall on that ants nest, that's for sure! It's a very impressive castle. Shame it had a leaky roof, but hopefully they've sorted it now. That mirror was cool, it definitely looked like another room lol. Just saw the memorial model you were talking about the one Karl went to see.

@@Julieandysaceventures having a few minor issues with the mic... sounds muffled for a few seconds at beginning of each clip. Can live with that though as it's better than the Rode one! Camera is a lot better. Unfortunately you can only use their software to edit AND you have to be on line. Had to download a converter... all swings and roundabouts innit!!!!! 🤣🤣 We live old churches too. There's some good ones about! Hope you're all well. The other Julie Blake!!! 😉

You can't have man flu, you'd be in bed, snivelling, feeling sorry for yourself😂😂 My camera is nearly 4 years too. I liked the victorian tiles in the church, they were very nice. Nice floor too. Have you got the hang of the camera now lol.

It sounds muffled for a few seconds at the beginning of each clip! Can live with that though. Better than the Rode one where traffic noise and rushing water sounds weird! Xxx

Amazing church that one. Blimey, bits of everything. Great photos too. Shame the castle was sealed off. Someone at Jedburgh Abbey told me last year that they have one team going round doing the repairs to Historic Environment Scotland places and it will take yonks!!

Now a proper comment... 😂 Nice Priory find. That date 1977 could have been when stones/walls were moved. There are several stones at Old Sarum with 1901 on where the Ministry of Works did some work and the stonemasons left their mark.

That bug when you were reading the board looked like one of those cockchafers. They're scary like the cows!😂 I find cows scary too, especially when you have a dog with you. Those standing stones, circles and cairns were amazing. What was the first car park you parked on, the concrete grassy one? I couldn't find it on Google Earth.

Mini Kelpies cool. Wouldn't mind them in my garden, if I had one lol. I wouldn't have walked around the edge of that lighthouse either, I'd have fell in.
