At 1:27 to 1:30 two IAF technicians are working.I think they brought the serap Mig 23 and reassembling it.Those hydrollic jacks belongs to IAF. All the vital parts of the a/c are removed.Only airframe is there. Ex IAF.

This aircraft has retired from airforce. so, why would government waste its money in this old and retired aircraft which belongs to Soviet era.Even spare parts of this aircraft is not available at this time.
