Nice video, love this kind of property. Just a small clarification -an 8 MW solar power system could supply over 6,000 homes. An average home (in the US) consumes about 10 MW-hours/year, so maybe that's what you meant? Love this vids! thank you!

Buying property in Nicaragua? Lots of beautiful properties in Nicaragua. However, no one talks about the growing elephant in the room. Nicaragua is going the way of Cuba and Venezuela. Buying a property is easy and cheap. Keeping the property is another thing. I’m now in the fifth year of a lawsuit to restore my ownership of a family property that was stolen by a Nicaraguan using a forged power of attorney. The court system is slow or unresponsive and subject to arbitrary decisions. Think long and hard before buying real estate in Nicaragua. Caveat emptor!

South of town??---- Bosques Del Mar is north of San Juan . A mile before the turnoff to Maderas and Marsella Bosque has private access to the playa Marsella on the south end. Public access is only on the north end where Paco the crocodile lives in the lagoon. There is a cafe there , you can eat lunch there with Paco.

So good because we are near town and beaches, Area has electricity, Water from well, but ok the area has water and a river stream and the bottom for the lot. Access has a bad part. Crossing the stream. The Valle de Samsara projet is planning to build a bring. Mostly foreigners living around so good area I think. But yes buying raw land and develop is a good business here. But never underestimated the time and cost to develop managing in Nicaragua.
