Oi, não sei se vai conseguir entender, mas meu inglês é péssimo, então por isso não tentarei falar. O que pode ter acontecido no seu cabelo se chama "alisamento por tração", onde você deve ter feito penteados apertados, assim, o cabelo começa a ficar ondulado e depois ele vai se alisando mais. O que pode ajudar é fazer hidratação, mas o cabelo só voltará ao normal quando crescer totalmente, mas durante todo o processo, não faça penteados apertados. Espero ter ajudado.
