Sort of, The original skinhead movement was formed with both black and white working class youths in the UK, based on Jamaican ska, blue beat and reggae, it was never ever anything more than collective love of music. All this fascist shit came later and hijacked the movement with crap bands like Skrewdriver. The bands he is talking about were not skinhead bands they were hardcore crossover bands.

I actually like this. It shows just how weak and elusive the "Anti racist " skinheads definition of being a skin really is. Say whatever you want about NS skins, at least their definition of what it means to be a skinhead is clearly defined, articulated and easy to grasp.
