I reinstalled Windows and changed the language to English, but some parts of some programs are still using Russian. for example, google, I started using it in English, but when I go to the youtube application through google, youtube works in Russian. What should I do to make all applications on my computer in English?

Esto lo escribo en español porque es mi idioma natal , el video funciona , estuve dias batallando y probando varios metodos hasta que este funcione , el link ya no sirve pero le puedes preguntar a chat gpt por el codigo en español y te lo da , para español mexico es este LCID (Locale ID): 2058 Hexadecimal LCID: 0x080A tambien cabe mencionar que en donde dice install language debes de poner el codigo LCID y en los otros 2 el codigo exadecimal , buenas tardes y espero a alguien le sirva este comentario

Бро! Подскажи сделал как на видео, винда стала на арабском, в файле Installlanguage меняется сам по себе ,вставлю русский как на видео, перезагружаюсь захожу и один фиг этот файл сам меняет значение типо 0412 или тип того , че делать?

Cambio el valor de InstallLanguage, pero después de reiniciar, vuelve al valor predeterminado. I change the value of InstallLanguage, but after reboot it goes back to the default value.

Great and easy video. But unfortunately it's not working. I changed the 2 files. After the restart the "default" hast the right languae code but the "install language" has the wrong one again and the system is still in english and not german.

Han cambiado los ajustes, y ahora aunque cambies de idioma, el explorador de Windows (carpetas) y la pantalla de ajustes, siguen apareciendo en el idioma que fue instalador. He leído el foro oficial de Windows, y la única opción que dan, es reinstalar windows... El problema es que hay muchos idioma que están disponibles en inglés, pero no en el instalador de Windows, como gallego, catalán. Entonces no se pueden instalar estos idiomas de base.

Hi Dmitry. It has not worked for me on Windows 11 Home Chinese only. Even editing all 3 files, after restarting it rool backs the InstallLanguage register to original 0804 instead of 0416 (PT-BR, desired). Do you think I should try to change Local register to this same code as well? Thanks for the support.
