Mainly due to the fact, Wish and Tresure use actual horns. Dream and Fantasy use speakers.

Another reason could be that it looks like this video was recorded on the deck of their stateroom and I think the ship was designed so they if people were in their staterooms were trying to sleep it would be quiet If the video was taken on deck 11 hours or infront of the first funnel then it would be more loud
