My man really thought he could casually drop one of the best fanmade doctor who themes and nobody would notice This is one of the best things I’ve heard in a long time, I’ve always been adamant that new who should use the classic theme again and here you are making use of it perfectly, absolutely fantastic! (and I respect the reference to Spare Parts in the image as well)

I feel the BBC today shies too far away from what makes the Cybermen scary in concept. Granted they've had their moments in the sun: Rise of the Cybermen/Age of steel, Army of Ghosts/Doomsday, Dark water/Death in heaven, World enough & time/The doctor falls, but often the Cybermen are just thrown in to appeal to us fans because of how iconic they are, & the plot doesn't really center on what makes them scary. I want a Cyberman story that centers on their emotionless, logical, cold & calculating nature. The horror of the Idea of an enemy that won't just kill you, but will strip away your humanity and turn you INTO one of them. The confusion & turmoil of those rare few who survive the upgrade process with their emotions intact, as they try to come to terms with what has been done to them. I also want to see a Main Character be converted, retain their emotions, and have to come to terms with what's happened to them, and then CONTINUE to be a main character post conversion, WITHOUT being reverted back into a human, AND I want there to be some evidence in the Cybermen's design to indicate that they used to be humans like us, once upon a time, but no longer. In short, I want a story that does the Cybermen JUSTICE as one of the most iconic (and in concept most terrifying) villains in the series. And I want it to be a story that centers on the Cybermen SPECIFICALLY, without them playing second fiddle to any other villains. [Looks pointedly at The Master & the Daleks]

You can hear people getting altered and converted in Spare Parts and things, it's eerie, especially when one of the characters described The Cybermen reek of antiseptic and things and one of them retaining it's emotions somewhat runs into their family who have to realise their relative is now a Cyberman, even when it's made to seem like The Doctor has potentially saved everyone from the horror, only as always to be reminded The Cybermen have, and will survive, I think Spare Parts did the Cybermen some good justice for what it was, it's a good listen

@@YamiGohan265 I'll have to give it a listen then, but when the Cybermen show up in in the main show lately, it's because the plot calls for a robot-like villain, & the BBC decides to shove one of their most iconic monsters into the role. And when they DO get a story tailored to them, they get overshadowed by another villain. (Again, looks pointedly at the Daleks & the Master) I want a story in the main show that shows the horror of the Cybermen WITHOUT having the audience distracted by some other baddie.

@@YamiGohan265 I also want to see a main - or at least recurring - character be converted into a Cyberman, retain their emotions, survive, and then CONTINUE to be a main/recurring character for X amount of time without being reverted back into a human, forcing them to come to terms with what's been done to them & figure out how to use their 'Upgrades' to help rather than hurt, and when they leave team TARDIS I want it to be in a way that DOESEN'T involve them dyeing or being reverted to a human.

@@steamenginestudios I think it'd be great if The Cybermen were used in a big scale Sci-Fi Horror similar to Rise of The Cybermen that focuses more on the the horrific augmentation of the Cybermen and the fact that they're humans who were unwillingly stripped of their humanity into drones and identical cyborgs, having them fight The Daleks or be affiliated with the Master and things are cool concepts but only every few years not back to back. I don't mind The Master appearing frequently, he did that alot in the classic era and I enjoyed it well enough but The Daleks need to rest a bit occasionally or atleast have a design change or something to freshen them up, The Cybermen on the other hand just need to be less Robot Soldiers and more Horrific Nightmares as they have been depicted as in some of their best stories

Love the retro/80s styled slowed drawn out dystopian music in the background. Totally fits the old school atmosphere too. Wish someone would package up a mod with this kinda music for Fo4 here on the box.

I love how prideful it sounds, Frank in his own mind was just a man doing his duty for the country. It gives the impression that Frank is unshakable in his beliefs and will drop dead for what he sees as the true American future. It’s bittersweet in a way because it almost feels like in a different life he could have been a true patriot.

Yeah exactly, I wish in Hoi4 Old World Blues they could've made him be created later during the events of the mod where if you take President Granite's reformed Enclave route he could've been the true American fighter he thought he was, perhaps even leading an entire division of mutant American soldiers into battle to reunite the U.S.A. and being Granite's unshakably-loyal secret service agent

@@slightlyistorical1776The closest you can get to that is the ERB purist route, where you can resume the FEV experiments and later produce Horrigan's armour and arm super mutants. Though personally I would've loved something similar if you had gone Granite's reformers and accepted Super Mutants in the focus tree

I love this! It creates a sense of dread that perfectly fits the early cybermen. In a way it kind of reminds me of the Sontaran theme from the 2 Doctors.
