I owned this one on Sega CD back then too and really appreciated the atmosphere and mystery of the game. I ended up completing the game from a magazine guide or something similiar. Never completed Heart Of The Alien though which was a bonus sequel that came with that version. That's one I would like to beat one day. The game's are so obscure to figure out I probably gave up without a guide. I remember the days of text guides on gamefaqs and completing the Resident Evil Trilogy step by step on the PS1 using those. Yea, childhood moves super slow but then after 18 its a race to the grave. Blazing fast, ha ha. I started gaming in 86 on the Atari 2600 when I was 6, so I was around for all the major transitions. The atari was 8 years old by that point, but I didnt know any better. Flashback, Prince Of Persia, Abe's Odyssey, Blackthorne were a few more that I played but never beat. Flashback I had on Sega CD, I believe, but could not get anywhere without a guide. Any time. I believe I have a few hundred reviews up on the channel but havent done them in a while. Very little feedback, but its cool to interact when its enjoyed. My channel is mainly a journal of my game completions. High volume is my main thing with some extreme modes and games thrown into the mix. Thanks again for checking that shit out.

Nice. No problem. Silent Hill 2 I will probably get to later, when it comes down in price, if thats the one you meant. I should have it up eventually. This game was ok. The Michael Myers character plays very delayed and sluggish. The level layouts were decent but theres alot of shit crammed onto the screen which slows the pace down. No, I rarely do deathless runs intentionally.

@@ShadowFlare7799 Nice. I wouldnt say its a bad game, I think its decent. Playing with the Ash character felt alot more precise and cleaner, control wise. I think youll be able to forgive some of the issues I have, since you have dealt with much worse controls in some of those older games. I still enjoyed them. Im almost done with the second game on the compilation. You mentioned that one before. Im not sure if it would be my type of game but I will keep it in mind. Silent Hill 2 I definately plan to play through when it goes down a little in price.

@@ShadowFlare7799 Nice. I'm more into the heavier combat of RE4 for those types of games but I think I'll enjoy the remake if I look up some of the puzzles and navigation. Is the campaign out for COD 6 yet? I have that one on game pass for free, so was planning to check it out whenever it released.

Appreciate that. Much easier than the newer Xcom games, especially on the harder modes with the DLC installed, but also alot more streamlined. Nice. I havent tried that game. I remember you mentioning it before. Not sure if that would be my type of game. If its short I might check it out and bypass the puzzles with a video at some point. Appreciate you checkin out the video !! This was about 4 years ago so its not fresh in my mind. Scanning over the video it looks like it ran pretty smooth. My main issue with Saturn emulation was input lag. I noticed it on some very difficult shooters, when compared to the PS1 versions.

Welcome back. Appreciate that. This game is alot like the newer Xcom games but more streamlined. Sure. I was planning to check that one out when the price goes down, so will definately play through that one at some point.

@@theconsolekiller7113 You know what you should get? its called retrorealms arcade and its a nice platformer. You get to play as ash vs the evil dead and michael myers from halloween. I haven't played it but the trailers and gameplay videos look great.

Appreciate you checkin out the video !! I use a dedicated PC which runs all the emulation as well as modern PC games. It currently has an RTX 3070 graphics card and the processor is a ryzen 7 I believe with 16 GB of onboard ram. I have maybe 16-20 terrabytes spread across 4-5 hard drives for all the roms. The rom collections include bootlegs and prototypes too so some of it shows up with generic labels in the Hyperspin interface. Ive been running the Yuzu emulator seperately outside of Hyperspin for now. I run this PC directly to my TV and audio reciever and use various USB controllers or adapters depending on what systems Im playing. Hope that helps.

I have a few hundred tutorials and reviews with commentary on the channel, so if you search Review or Tutorial you should see alot come up on the channel. I enjoy the exchanges. This channel is basically like a journal of what Ive been playing since 2016, when I got recording capabilities, with some commentary. I'm not sure if mods are available for that specific game on either emulator, but if they are, I know that Yuzu does allow installation of mods. I ran a few to get Tears Of The Kingdom up to 60 fps, etc, but with Ryujinx Im not sure if it supports mods. I would assume so since the emulator has alot of features like Yuzu. If not you might want to consider Yuzu, if these mods are out there for this game.

Appreciate you checkin out the video !! Im not sure if the codes are still intact for these versions. I would assume expert mode is still available, as well as the credit code. I just checked and the codes still show up at the end of the game when you beat it, so they should be there. I'm assuming you would have to convert the GBA controls to the closest thing on the PS4 controller. These are the codes for the GBA game: Start with 10 credits GBA On the options screen, press and hold down the select button, then press: L, R, Down, L, R, Down, L, R, Right. You will hear a ring if you did it correctly. Contributed By: Eggie 29 12 Unlock BGM Mode GBA On the options screen, press and hold select and then press: R, L, R, L. The option will be available after ''credits'' if done correctly. Contributed By: Eggie 14 8 Unlock Expert Mode GBA On the options menu, press and hold down the select button and then press: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right You will hear a gong if you did it correctly Those are from game faqs. I'm assuming that you would just use the Dpad for the directional commmands and the left or right bumper for the L and R commands. If the bumpers dont work then try the triggers. Im not sure what replaces the select button. When I did the 10 credit code it was on the GBA version using an emulator. Hope that helps.

@@dagdagiron17 Hi. The 10 credit cheat does work on the ps4 but you need to make sure you do two things. 1) use the original button layout. If you remap the buttons you’ll need a different button combination to enter the code. (You can switch back to custom layout afterwards). 2) the trick is to the follow the commands to the letter. Hold Select (centre pad button) Then press: L1, R1, down L1, R1, down L1, R1, RIGHT I kept pressing ‘down’ as the last button but it is actually RIGHT. I fist pumped when the code finally went in. Been trying to figure it out for that last 30 mins.
