I did this job for 10 years mate. Started off working on a promecam machine then a machine called the Hatfield. I was a setter so I'd just set it and a temp would run it off Enjoyed it. Great stuff

I raise grass fed angus cows and my guess is if the "patties" were dried out they would burn about like peat moss, very fast and leave a lot of ashes.

2 years ago I bought it from Eastern Kentucky for $80 per ton straight from a mine. Nice big pieces average the size of footballs. Not sure current prices.

Looks good. Just asking: I bet you're burning "top shelf" anthracite coal -- clean & hot. I don't think the power utilities can afford anthracite, so they burn "2nd class" bituminous coal.

Maybe you have a spindle seizing up. Is it smoking the belt at all? Also check the fuel and fuel filter. If the filter is clogged it won't let enough fuel through under a load.

I actually smell gas when it runs bad. It is very intermittent, sometimes it will run and cut for an hour no problem at all

@@woodchucktinman9893 You might be smelling unburned gas from a coil going bad, cracked ignition wire shorting to ground, or fouled plug. It does sound like it's misfiring. Let us know what you find 👍🏻

Yes. But sometimes it runs perfectly and cuts for an hour no problem

suggestion: start the blower much farther away and then move toward the hive somewhat slowly which will give bees chance to get out of hive while the air pressure is still low. Starting full blast like that likely caused confusion, panic and injury from best getting tangled up fighting for the exit

You have to me careful using the propane, after almost an hour they get too hot and don’t atomize as well , but they work well
