If relays are used to switch over from one camera to another, then, does the magnetic field induced by the relay coil distorted or reduced the video signal coming in and out to the android unit??? Or is there a specific relay designed to operate for this camera?

I have a 2019 sr5 base Crewmax with the non-jbl. Where did you install that tweets and the 2.5? I can order the oem speaker sails if needed to get this 3-way set up. I’m going to start with the front stage only

I am trying to decide whether to buy a setup like this or to just get the Audiofrog coaxial speakers. It seems like the price gets really steep if you want a full setup, but these do sound really good for a youtube video.

i have a 6.1200 DSP audiocontrol amp that supposedly put out 125w per channel. You're using the same amp right? Will the amp over power and damage these 6x9?

I use the NVX baffles on both my 6"x9" fronts and 6.5" backs, and they work incredibly well. I was blown away by how much of a difference these baffles made in improving the low-to-mid range sounds in my vehicle.

You can’t really compare them when you don’t use the crossover it came with… one crossover could be lower quality than the other and using the same one makes the test irrelevant

My steering wheel controls stop working after a few minutes after turning the car on. Does this thing need constant power or something?

@@youngsumma yes it need constant power and a ignition or auxiliary power as some call it. That way it knows when to turn on and off. But if you have the prefab wiring harness, then you should be good. Also go to IL maestro website and it’ll tell you what wires and colors to use without having to guess or call Crutchfield if you bought it from them, they have the best customer service. Another option is also to just reflash the unit. Maybe it didn’t flash properly the first time I’ve had to refresh mine sometime when it was too hot outside and it would quit, but it would go back to normal.

Late comment since the video is from 3 years ago. I got the same for my jeep. They are better than stock but just like you mention, they are bright, even to the point of hurting my ears sometimes lol. I’m planning on swapping them for other model/brand.

What tweeter are you running the GS10? Sounds really nice. I am currently working on my wives Sequoia. My plan is a GS25 in the dash, GS690 in the front door, GS62 or the new G62 in the rear door. Trying to keep the setup simple, but still planning to add a DSP. I did a basic upgrade about two months ago. We already had an aftermarket radio. But added an AMP, 6x9 component set from Kenwood up front. Rear fill are some Kenwoods off HU power and replaced the factory 8" SUB with a Pioneer Shallow mount. Without the DSP and not running active on the component set, those dash midranges are overpowering the system. I need a DSP stat for sure.

@@fitdadjourney yeah you need a DSP and a good tune but I like the gs10 bc they are loud, not to bright and detailed. For the price you can’t beat the gs line

I have a similar head unit, Pioneer SPH-EVO950DAB. Did adding an amp improve the performance of the door speakers? Or is the 4 x 60 watts from the head unit sufficient? I have JL Audio C3-650 in the front doors and C2-650 in the rear doors Thanks, your opinion will be very valuable

@@shahidyt add the amp you won’t regret it. Always amp aftermarket speakers or it will sound as it sound be. This way you get the full potential

@@mildaudiophile3879 I have a pioneer after market head unit too, which is 50 watts x 4. The head unit gets plenty load for me, before it starts to distort. I will search for a local dealer, see what they can offer

Did you say you did not use the included physical crossovers that came in the box? The inline crossovers that came with mine are tagged “must use”. Also, are you amping and if so what wattage? Thanks for the video.
