Nearly the max recommended for a 40gallon tank. Your corals must consume a lot of the required elements!
@GwonkReefkeeping5 ай бұрын
Yep. I always use the powder mix. I get a little under a gallon and a half per jar. Much cheaper than getting the liquid version. Especially with the amount that my tank uses, I couldn't afford to use the liquid version. I usually make mine one or two liters at a time. Good video.👍🏾

awesome thanks for sharing i will try and manage just the back wall if it become a nuisance then I'll just put GMK Zoanthids in the back.
@Bfamreef11 ай бұрын
@filipinoreefer don't get me wrong the GSP on the back wall looks amazing and adds so much to the tank just keep up with its growth and don't let it get on the main rock work. Once it does it almost always out competes all other corals. I tried so hard to use other corals to sting it back of of places I did not want it but it just over grows everything.

Looking very good my friend. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 How do you keep the chaeto from going into the return? I have the same or similar pump that I bought used. Not sure if I'm missing something but the way it flows it looks like the chaeto would flow into the return section.

I love GPS as fillers, background especially the long polyp varieties, why all the hate for GSP not you but many many hobbyists think it is a crap coral, but not me I like them as much as my Montipora as long as the are green hehehe, I bit boring that way, but I only have green corals or mostly green dominated at least, but I do not think other persons choice of corals are crap, each to their own. Your tank looks amazing and the purple really stands out so good against the GPS.
