@@milkychocolate4584 although we can't do the animation cancel, it seems from what I've seen that his new seasonal bonus allows him to do a default combo and land a web to ko someone, now I'm not sure of it, but that's how it looks from what I've seen so far so it's like we lost something in return of something else, but hey even when they knock us Spider-Man mains down we always find a way to get back up, so I'm not that worried.

@milkychocolate4584 I can't say for sure but during the necros stream I noticed that he was dealing slightly more damage I could be wrong ir it could be influence of something, but I'm not sure Edit: ok nevermind after rewatching it I noticed that it did not change I probably saw a part with some kind of damage boost and got confused, my bad. With that said Spidey s with a heavy combo based play style are gonna suffer the most but, I think Spidey's who freestyle and focus more on movement like me or some other Spidey's in the top ranks won't be as impacted by it. For now let's wait see.

IT'S OK DON'T PANIC, he's getting a slight seasonal bonus buff, at least it looks from the footage that he's dealing more damage and can kill with the default combo plus a web.

I'll say this if you play PERFECTLY, with no mistakes, perfect up time, land most hits, etc... this character is really really good, but most of the time you won't play him perfectly so here's the question why would anyone play spidey and press 20 buttons per second to get a kill while you can pick hella and press left click twice, so in other words spidey is good every hero is, but when compared to other dps in the game he requires way but way more time and effort.

@ You are 100% correct. There’s this dopamine hit when playing a good game with spidey. Yes we could play Hela (happy with their nerf 250 health and less damage) and just right click but the timing and knowing when to web and melee then outplaying a character is just too satisfying. With the nerfs, seems like spidey is in a better position than season 0 even if there isn’t a direct buff for him

@jangotrooper3382 yeah about that Spidey was a little changed too, you can't animation cancel from the slam to the uppercut, but he got a damage boost and now he can just use the default combo and a web to ko someone

@@Cowmoo3 honestly I get around 80-110 fps compared to other games it ain't that good but I basically just have my setting on low and and fsr on quality mode, it's all there is to it.

@@bfkgod the combos are useful, but most of the time you're really just trying to bait cool downs therefore freestyling It's always a better option since you end up doing a good amount of damage (sometimes more than using default combos) and you scare the supports more, but of course that if you see someone alone go for a combo since you might actually get them if they can't get healed.

the most reliable and least risky plinks that being long plink and even uppercut web cancel overhead take a long time and if you can force a cd or they get looked at youre prob not killing without venom anyways so best to just reset. vs using all your resources to mayybe get a one shot just for them to get healed or for you to get one tapped or youre out of webs etc etc

First I was trying to mimic the combo I saw on youtube I was barely at 15 kills. Now I just dash in uppercut and leave and repeat. Best scenario I get a kill, mostly I lower hp of ennemies so my team can finish the kill (worst scenario I die 😂 it can happend sometimes). When I have no Venom, and I spot a strategist or a sniper I just use one combo it is the best no need for extra sweaty BS. 1 or 2 sticky + grab + uppercut + sticky (double if needed or a melee with sticky) I even challenge some vanguards (Venom is still dangerous) Now I'm around 25 kills every game and I really help my team more. Personnal record is 37 kills and I do my best to improve and be the best asset for my team

@@andrew2044 when they said that duelists are not common DPS I was still kinda doubting it but man seeing mister fantastic made me realize that duelists can be a mix of all things which is great in open queue glad they are going down this route it sure looks the best for the game.
