Every word is meant - quite apart from the wonderful instrument of your voice, it's your sincerity that illuminates this video. However, the piercing vulnerability of your singing is rather blunted by the introduction of a second character. (It's also, I think, a little patronizing for a white person to attempt to voice the feelings of inadequacy that - supposedly - beset a person of color.) Just you singing would have been enough - more than enough, actually. Sublime.

We are so happy you enjoyed the music in this song and thank you for your compliment. However, it is also important to remember that the struggles of finding our purpose, worth or value that were portrayed in this video, have nothing to do with color or race. These are struggles that all of us as human beings may go through. And finding our hope, value and purpose in Christ absolutely is something I hope every person finds no matter their color or race. There is already enough division in the world. We are all children of God and should work together to share that message with the world. :)

There is a quote in the Bible in 1 John 4:10 that states, " This is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins." This reminds us that God sent His Son for each and everyone of us. He knows we are not perfect, the Bible even says we have all fallen short of the glory of God. However, the Father loves us so much that He was willing to send His only begotten son to be a sacrifice for you. The Heavenly Father loves you and so do we ! ❤
