I don’t get why people say this is slop. It looks fine enough, the title cards are an AMAZING step up, the new escape themes are catchy, the camera is dynamic, the background is layered better to make it look more 3D, and THERES A CUSTOM BOSS!! How is this not at least A-Tier!?

FANTASTIC review, Memejohn! I love the funny gags you put to lift the mood a lot, and keep us engaged as well as the points you mentioned! Even though I have a skill issue, Gaiden 1 is one of my favorite NES games ever!

The pacing's amazing! The rule of Ninja Gaiden bits don't interrupt the flow of the video and act as good segways. And the Amazonian and Malth mess ups make it sound more natural than a completely sterile and serious video. Excited to see more reviews in the future!

Great work with this one! I like how you went into specifics about the game, like Act 5-1 being your favorite, and how surprisingly forgiving the game is. The “Rules of Ninja Gaiden” were a nice bit, too. Can’t forget about “Amazonian.”

Okay, this is SLIGHTLY more better than the older versions. Sure this mod is still trash (in my opinion) but they honestly did better with its mechanics, engine, and QOL stuff with secrets. Though, the mod still needs more work into it.

The only question i always had in my mind was how on earth did he get in and out off flint's lab from that height and the elevator to be small😂😂.

I've Headcanoned/ suggested that Flint basically built-in a Drop-down Trap door-esque mechanism, connected to an elevator system,into his Lab for in the case of any inventions that he couldn't get out through the usual Elevator Port-O-John system here-Such as when he eventually drives out in the Flying car 2 on-route to Town Square later on in the movie proper respectfully here, honestly.. (next to Shelbourne using his helicopter-assuming that he still had one of them,to essentially say the LEAST honestly-and going in via his Sunroof of Flint's said Lab previously here honestly,but I am safely assuming that he must have followed Flint up into the Lab via this back-up passageway system while he was carting that Giant Hot-dog up to later analyze it and HE just HAPPENED to be in the neighbourhood and snuck on in,later hiding behind some of Flint's machinery and/or equipment in-order to make his entrance here, specifically...) And Mayor Susan 'Tootsie' Shelbourne here found a loophole IN-ORDER to essentially get in while Flint was (in his own opinion here-honestly,may I add specifically here, obviously..) distracting the crowds of people who were in attendance at the Chew-And-Swallow Pavilion's opening here,I may add here honestly...
