3 malfunctions in 3 minutes. Get rid of that POS or either sink some money into it with adjustable gas block or messing with buffer weights/springs.

If you haven't figured it out yet...get a heavy buffer weight and maybe a adjustable gas block and aluminum mags and i bet she will go without a hiccup!!

The eject claw need to be cleaned up remove the ruff machine tool marks it will brake in

Broooo im having the same problem with my 5inch. The first time i shot it it worked flawless no issues. Then i went home and was just fcking with it and when i would manually (not shooting) load a round in it and try to eject it the charging handle and bcg would get stuck and i would have to mortar it to get it out. So i cleaned and oiled it (but not the barrel cuz i dont have an ar cleaning kit yet its otw) But then i went back to the range and shot about 20 rounds with no problems till all of a sudden i was having failure to ejects the casing while shooting it. So i took it home switched everything out like the lower charging handle and bcg and its still getting stuck everytime i load a roand and try to eject it. Idk wtf is wrong with it?? Im hoping i just need to clean and oil the barrel

So i think the ultimate problem was the bear’s creeks bcg, i swapped the bears creek bcg for the palmetto tool craft bcg, its a bit more rounded then the other 1. I mean of course keep the gun cleaned overall but i think the problem was the bcg

@@_moneyyybags_ so you swapped the bcg cleaned it then took it back out and it worked??? Or did you just clean it then take it out and it worked? Then swapped the bcg later on?

@@904duval8 first i juss kept cleanin and oiling it, but it would always go back to gettin stuck after a while, i swapped the bcg and purposely didnt clean it for like 3 sessions and it still aint get stuck since the swap

If u want to slow that kicking down go with a heavier BCG also a adjustable gas block. U can tune it like a rock star

Glad to see you figured it out and it was a rather cheap and easy. I just put together a 5 incher but I heard they can be finicky, especially 300 blackout which it is. I’ll make sure I clean and lube it before I take it out. Good stuff Bro! 👍🏾

I looked at CBC as well because they had the 5in and were very affordable. I have to check out few reviews and see if they’ve been panning out.

Yo on your 5 inch barrel video! Im having the same problem with the bullet ejecting everytime it fires ONE shot! I have a 5 inch with a buffer tube on it, Im a little stuck on how to get this bad boy to operate normally without any malfunctions. any tips or suggestions of different products i need ? Maybe a followup video close up could help as well
