One of the greatest arrangements. All because he stuck to the melody and harmony spreading the chords. The rest is pure genius. Phrasing and all was impeccable 👌… Timeless arrangement worth repeating

Yes, I can confirm that the arranger is indeed the late Ken 'Professor' Philmore and the steelband is Potential Symphony performing a tune called 'Pan in a Rage' composed and sung by the late Winston 'D Original Defosto Himself' Scarborough for the 1996 Panorama Finals @@panforthepeople
