My one swap that I am posting is 99.9% of the time I do not eat bread. I do have a keto version of bread actually a couple. One is an egg bake that I prepare another is an almond flour microwavable bread. The third way I’d like to substitute my bread is by using lettuce. This has really helped me because I enjoyed bread a lot and with these swaps I do not miss it. I do especially like the lettuce wrap it gives whatever you’re eating such as a burger or a hotdog a very call clean fresh taste. These things may not sound good but when you try them they really are good and you feel better because you know it’s better for you.

One of my goals is to grow my relationship with God and to do God’s will for my life. My scripture verses are “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
