Nice video, not much of a morning person myself. I usually make sure I have a good meal the night before. All I do in the morning is make a nice cup of coffee and get in a short workout before starting the day.

Nice video as always :). How are you liking the on ear headset? Used to do a lot of xc mtb but as ive switched to road im starting to really lack some necessary ambient noise from traffic and what not.

Appreciate Arnoud! Yeah, I can’t recommend them enough, they’re really good. Especially the fact you can still hear the traffic around for safety awareness. Plus for longer rides, they are much easier on the ears compared to in ear devices. I have the Aftershokz for reference. Let me know how it pans out if you go down this route. Eager to hear how others feel about on ear headphones
