Had one. It use to leak when it rained. Fill up with water to the bottom door seals. Ended up drilling holes in the floor to drain

@@BabyBlu25 No, it drops out from underneath. I don't have a tripod, or mechanism to hold my phone, thus I can't show actions in motion. Instead, I try to break down a job into steps. I do my best, but sometimes I may miss a step.

Let me finish. Hard starting is bad glow plugs and or the fuel bowl heater. Plugging it in just allows the diesel to combust sooner. Larger radiator will not change anything. Oil blowing by is a bad turbo seal and or injector orings. ( not the copper cups ) check the intercooler outlet pipe for oil. If so rebuild the turbo. Check the turbo shaft. You have a combo of 2 or 3 things going wrong not just the oil leak

USDOT number : Yes, if the total weight (truck + trailer + car + you + equipment) exceeds 10,000 lbs MC number : Yes, if you needed USDOT number, AND you're operating interstate (crossing state lines). Commercial Insurance : Check whether your insurance policy covers cargo on a trailer, to what value, and whether the owner of the cargo can be another person. If any answers to those questions is undesirable then you will need different insurance.

What was the process to drop the oil pan? I cannot get mine to come out. I have lifted the motor, removed the tranny and exhaust, but I still don't have room to clear. Thank you for this video as it's what I'm doing as well....if I can get to it

Even more insane is the main wiring harness. There are no connectors anywhere to separate into sub-harnesses. The engine harness, dash harness, under-car harness that feeds the fuel tank and the rear of the vehicle- all of that is one continuous harness. There are a few smaller sub-harnesses, such as the headliner harness- which is glued to the headliner INCLUDING the connector to separate it, meaning in order to unplug it, you have to pry the glued connector off of the headliner while hoping you don't damage the connector or the headliner.

I scrapped the original brackets when I scrapped the original bumper. The bracket was twisted. I should have kept a little longer in order to compare to the new bracket.

The issue is the pcm not sending full battery positive to relay leg. I did this bypass years ago, however, the check engine light will eventually come on and remain on with this bypass.

the simca engines had a aluminium head and no cast iron head and aren't that heavy for the output , but they need high octane fuel and have emission problems the design was of te early 60's
