It’s because the record label that Skinny Puppy were signed to in the late 2000’s, SPV, went bankrupt around the time they were recording HanDover. By the time the release date came around in 2011, that record company had a lot of legal issues and Skinny Puppy wanted out and signed with Metropolis. But unfortunately SPV kept all the recording rights and refuse to release it on streaming services for whatever reason. Thankful to still have the CD (but no CD player anymore lol) and of course KZbin has it. I swear that band had some of the worst luck when it comes to record labels and getting screwed over! Oh well, part of the lore I guess. Just wish they were properly recognized and compensated for all of their accomplishments.
