We have two 7-11 stations the same way. But the way the road is configured, you can't turn left into or out of them. So having them like that helps. However, they have recently changed the roads drastically, so the second 7-11 was closed and torn down.

I had a 2000 sportage. The mazda based engine and transmission were bulletproof. Everything else on it that was built by kia was absolute garbage. The body literally fell apart and i sold it.
