I have the hardest time finding a good matching Mac foundation. I am Japanese & Turkish not dark not too light either. Finding the correct undertone and match isn't easy.

Lol you have more patience than me. This happened to me once. I looked orange once. I just took the whole thing off and started over.

Nails are nice and the outfits are cute too. I sort my foundation by everyday, regular errands and going out. I've settled on 3 brands, cover fx, estee lauder and clinique. The rest I'm just trying to finish. I recently tried Bobbi brown but I think the formula was too thin for me and the shade may be slightly darker than my usual shade. The only other foundation I may try is the one from urban decay, because there was no creasing on you at the end of the day when you tried it. Lipsticks are sorted similarly but also color coded. Love the shelves btw.

Which yellow corrector do you use? I bought the Radiance in NC47 and the yellow is what I like but the color was too light. I’m going to exchange it for the NC50 which is my true shade.

Hey, Nana! Happy Friday! I used to use the Clinique all the time until I tried Makeup Revolution. I had 1 shade match in Clinique & 2 in MR. I loved how both applied & wore on my combo/oily skin. I could use a brush or blender. I think I could still buy the same MR shades. I think Clinique tinkered w/theirs b/c I was so lost when I went to Ulta to swatch it. Anywho, MR's IRL Filter replaced Conceal & Define for me. I think the foundations looked amazing on you at 1st. Really similar shades & finish. They looked great hours later, too.🧡

I like this look-quick and easy. I'm hoping black friday sale is good this year. Are there beauty brands you miss? I miss bitebeauty and lipstick from mfmg ( makeup for melanin girls). I don't need any more palettes my self. I don't know what happened this year but, I purchased alot. Lol. I'm trying to use up my lipsticks. It's hard now because I tend to switch to gloss during fall and winter time for more moisture. I don't have a puff for eyeshadow but I will try the small wedge sponge to see if the application is similar.

Good morning Nana, I thought the two foundations looked similar. At the eod, it seemed the MR had less sheen than Clinique. Considering the price points, I'd purchase the MR. Btw, I loved the eyeshadow/lip look. A colorful muted fall look.
