Good morning, everyone! I want to share some critical insights about a huge issue that’s impacting our health here in America-obesity and chronic disease. There’s a key factor that often goes unnoticed: synthetic chemicals in our food supply, specifically synthetic nitrogen fertilizers and petroleum-based pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides. Let’s dive in. After World War II, the companies making munitions had a surplus of ammonium nitrate, a synthetic nitrogen compound. Unsure of how to dispose of it, they sold it as fertilizer to American farmers. Since then, this cheap, synthetic nitrogen source has become the backbone of U.S. agriculture. The downside? It forces crops to grow faster but with a fraction of the nutritional value. Our food now is no longer the rich source of nutrients it used to be-it's more like plastic food, crafted from petroleum. Today, the agricultural industry relies heavily on these synthetic chemicals, which have been shown to contribute to obesity and chronic disease. When you add synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides to the mix, it’s a recipe for health issues on a massive scale. This isn’t just an isolated problem. It’s part of a larger “chronic disease plan,” driven by an industry that prioritizes profits over our health. Robert F. Kennedy Jr., alongside others like Jordan Peterson, has been speaking up about this poison in our food system. They’re calling attention to the broken agricultural practices that harm Americans every day. It’s time for us to open our eyes and see what’s happening in our food supply. Until we move away from synthetic fertilizers and chemical-laden farming, we’ll continue to see chronic disease rates skyrocket. It’s time to take a stand for real, nutritious food and demand transparency from the agricultural industry. Join the conversation, share the truth, and let’s work together to demand healthier, safer food for all.

So grateful for this vid. You put it into words, my dilemma with fruit. I know realistically that it would be hard to overeat fruit to the point of obesity . But because I have such huge sugar addiction I will eat it even after I’m full , even if I’m not really enjoying it any more I still have the compulsion to keep eating it. Just like you said it messes with my ability to feel satiated long term . I’m thinking a break from sugar might really help. My goal is to get rid of this need to constantly eat, even if it’s “healthy” food, it still feels like addiction. Great vid.

Carbs are amazing if in the right amounts. Just like any other nutrient. And you cant be athletic without carbs. Its the primary source for energy and it helps build muscle for people who weight lift. Seeing how you are a string bean I can say you arent athletic at all and it shows.

Once upon a time, in a small village nestled in a dark forest, there lived a witch with a peculiar plan. She didn’t need cauldrons of potions or curses to control the townspeople-she had something far more cunning in mind. One day, she lured the village children into her gingerbread house, not to fatten them up like the old stories said, but to put them on strict vegan diets. At first, the children were enchanted by the colorful plates of salads, beans, and smoothies, and they ate happily, believing they were becoming stronger. But over time, something strange began to happen. The boys grew weak and tired, and the girls experienced terrible cramps, becoming confused about their bodies. The witch cackled in secret, knowing the children’s diets were causing a terrible imbalance-what the village didn’t know was that her vegan spell was stripping away their vital nutrients, robbing them of their strength and stability. The lack of essential fats, proteins, and bioavailable nutrients soon led to chaos. The children developed strange symptoms-what the wise elder called "gender dysmenorrhoea." Their bodies couldn’t tell whether they were strong or weak, boy or girl, healthy or frail. They wandered the village in confusion, unable to make sense of what was happening inside them. One day, a wandering hunter stumbled upon the scene and saw the pale, confused children. He fed them hearty meals of meat, eggs, and butter. Slowly, they regained their strength, their minds cleared, and balance was restored. The hunter confronted the witch, breaking her spell with the truth that no plant-based trickery could defeat the nourishment of real food. As the witch fled into the forest, defeated, the village returned to its roots-nourishing their children with the strength of the earth, and never again trusting the colorful, empty promises of the vegan witch.

You're pretty much going with a coin toss in regards to electrolyte retention and insulin spike benefits by going carnivore. Paul Saladino had those problems, and gave an incredibly detailed explanation as to how some people are genetically incapable of removing carbs from their diet entirely. You'll feel great for a couple years, then the side effects will begin to show if you're one of those people.

Fresh meat has carbs. Not all carbs are the same hash browns has seed oils! you should try oranges, watermelon which has no seed oils and way less chemicals.

zero carbs is unhealthy. In nature we would off animals and eat the blood, organs and the blood contains glycogen. Sugar is essential for health. Not a ton but at least some form of carbs but especially the liver had lots of glycogen. look into Glycogenesis . There's a reason we love it so much, the problem is that we abuse it because we can create it, in nature if you find sugar you eat as much as possible because it is scarce, you would never ever find as much sugar in the wild as we have today, all the fruits are man made and have 10x the amount of sugar the natural ones do, take bananas for example, in nature they are TINY, and seeds take up 80% of the inside, leaving just a little room of sugar. Probably 2g of carbs max.

I just turned 77 and went keto 5 years ago to address my fatty liver disease. Since then I have moved to full carnivore. My liver is cured, and my heart failure has reversed! The change in my health has been nothing short of miraculous. I wish I had known at your age what I know now. There's no telling how much better my health would have been over the years.

I agree but I am in question about one thing; if I eat just meat, how my body will make the glucose it needs? Meat cannot do that. I wanted to have more info on this but couldn't find any. I read somewhere 6 months ago that once on lion diet or carnivore, the ketosis makes us body avoid making glucose. I wish I couldknow what is going on.

You say a lot of things, but really don't explain anything. You state a lot of "what's". And function over taste is all good and well. But it still doesn't explain anything. And reducing carbs is one thing. But cutting them out all together is another. Carbs serve a function. And there are different kinds of carbs. And fats. And they serve different purposes in the body. It's fine you've had a positive experience. But be careful with stating personal experiences as facts. Otherwise. I wish you the best. And great to hear the diet works so well for you! Have a good one.
