ur game looks as if ac2 had a remake it looks so beautiful. i love ur fluidity. this might be the best ac2 parkour sequence i've seen, only one other comes to mind

AC 1 - Revelations parkour is still king. Kenway Saga and Unity were good too but after that it became incredibly bad.

i just wished his movemtn was bit faster. When he lands he stops his momentum and it takes a while for him to gain it back and as realistic it is, it is kinda painful to play as. I still enjoy the world design , just wished they could of used a different engine for it not the vallhalla`s one. In fact i think that vallhalla`s engine is probably the worst one in the series so far.

I still can't get over how stuttery the movement is in the newer games, it kills any sort of momentum for me. The old games weren't perfect for it either but I feel like it's especially obvious how you snap between animations now

The cities in america is joke in ac games 🤣🤣 very trash for parkour .its not beautiful or interesting at all to be honest . Mirage baghdad city or unity and syndicate in Paris and london or edzio in roma and florence and istanbul is way better .even ac 1 Damascus and Jerusalem better city than american cities in 18 century

Ubisoft will say anything about the Animus to cover their asses. But NOTHING has been more blatantly laughable than "Basim doesnt actually teleporf, he just moves so fast that the Animus cant keep up." when the parkour and non-combat running is this clunky and slow. If you REALLY wanted to lore your eay out of the teleportation, you could have just said that Loki is giving Basim the power while he is dormant. At least then so many people wouldnt be fed up with it, but no, the "fastest Assassin ever" moves like this, because Ubisoft is so money hungry that they don't want to give people time to properly make a game look and feel the way it should.

As a kid playing this game for the first time, I spent a long time as young Ezio. There were no notoriety consequences, so I made quite a bit of money pickpocketing people compulsively-and just exploring and loving the atmosphere, feeling like I was living a sort of regular life in the game for a bit. I try to replicate that feeling, that type of careful, not-in-a-rush immersion, with games nowadays. Only a special few feel worth doing it with, though. Certainly not any Assassin’s Creed game in a long time.

Been replaying this again and it's insane how good it feels. Added bonus I miss when the NPCs would call you out for the erratic movement. "Is he drunk? He's going to hurt himself!"

it has nothing to do with ledges or specific wall edges or anything, all he did was a wall eject. you simply press Jump/Leg button while pressing directional input during climbing to do it thats it, you dont need specific ledges or anything to do that it works universally with everywhere it is not contextual
