The flip side; Proverbs 4:16 "For they cannot sleep unless they have done wrong; they are robbed of sleep unless they make someone stumble." Those of us whose life is described by this verse may need to consider Proverbs 28:9 " if one turns away his ear from hearing the law even his prayer is an abomination." For myself a real breakout moment was the realization that it was/is absolutely necessary to consider Psalm 1 in a most serious manner. Another Proverb reads; " it is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding has wisdom." Prov. 10:23 KJV

One of the best sermons ever heard. 11.15

In all scripture the words eternal, everlasting and forever means age or age enduring . The word eternal is not even in the bible as correctly translated. When it is used it is meant age or eon, or age enduring. Strongs Concordance has the word aionios as eternal or age long,everlasting, but the word means age enduring,or for the ages. It cannot mean eternal and age as age is a measure of time,and eternal means without begining nor an end.The Hebrew equivalent of aion is olam.Niether one means eternal.So going to hell is a false teaching as punishment is NOT eternal,but for a time or an age,and this is not specified as to how long the punishment or judgement (correction) will last. But we do know that Gods will and desires will ALWAYS be accomplished as it says in His word ;(Isaiah 46:10) and one of Gods desires is that all mankind shall be saved (1 Tim 2:4 2 Peter 3:9) So if one wants to ague this you must argue with Gods word,Jesus Christ, as all scripture is inspired by Gods Spirit.(2 Tim 3:16)

Charles Spurgeons sermons are timeless , I love listening and learning .

Old age brings about a guilt of not offering the skills given by our Father . It's no longer doable keeping a job to serve or not physically able to volunteer. But I just discovered , I can be a listener to the troubles of others , a calming influence sometimes inspiring a insite towards a different outlook for someone . So now I pray for guidance when not to speak & a conduit for what the Lord wants them to hear .
