So sorry to hear this, I think you should have a strategic plan that would make it mandatory for anyone who you take to view a property either they purchase it through you or go behind you to buy it as far as you're the sole agent handling such property, the agreements would make it compulsory they pay your agent fees. Once they append their signatures they're bind by your (T&C) If they refuses to settle you then you can file a lawsuit against them. That might means you'd have to register your company if not already done so. Keep up with the good work sir. God bless you.

Stop comparing anything in Nigeria to the us or even europe people.The wages in the west is 20 times higher than Nigeria.The level of jobs and infrastructure is not at the same level,not even close.ln the west many people buy through mortgage,in nigeria you need the money in raw cash.lf nigeris is that good why did we all leave and millions more are praying to japa? Comparing apple with apple these houses are still very expensive for millions in Nigeria,even some celebrities might not be able to afford it..Nigeria need to find a way to distribute wealth among the citizens not just in the hands of few,like politicians and bank executives...

Hope he’s not selling to move abroad. If so, he’s making the biggest mistake of his life. No one of his age relocates abroad & makes it. That money would finish before he knows it. I believe he’s selling to go & buy another house elsewhere in Nigeria. Except there’s something else driving him out. Still doesn’t make no sense.
