If you want to attract the diaspora, you shouldn't just focus on saying the house looks like one abroad. The least you can do is ensure the surroundings are clean and well-maintained. Cut the weeds, tidy up the exterior, and make it look presentable. You expect people to buy the property, but a little effort in improving its appearance would go a long way. This issue isn't just about your property-I’ve seen many rental listings where nothing was cleaned, yet they are posted for ₦1 million per year. I am sorry, but i have to let you know
