Worthless emergency battery terminals. Worthless corrosion pads. On a sealed battery. Not needed. Sealed batterys dont leak

How tight should the metal be on the battery? As in should the metal pieces touch each other or should I tighten the screw until there’s resistance-even if it may mush the metal into each other?

Enough for the terminals to be wrapped around the metal straps and if you pull on it and it doesn’t move at all around the terminal then you’re good

Im not a fan of aberrantly “gendered” people, but there are real life idiotic straight women that staunchly support gender roles, and are cliquey with their gender. Racism is bad, but gender cliquism is the absolute lowest form of exclusion. One is dismissing and scorning an entire half of the world’s population, 3.5 billion people that are known as men or women. It’s a pride thing I guess… when women demonstrate a loose screw when they foster stereotypes that declass/exclude themselves… probably as a revenge against men. The same way some black people are overtly, vexingly, and inconveniently, resentful for their ancestors’ past of slavery.

Keep in mind everyone not all batteries are this easy. They can get a looot more complicated

No kidding, I had to remove the strut tower brace, and the fuse box and harnesses to get mine out

@eightytwobucks623 yeah I used to work at autozone, kid had a modded civic with a strut bar that I had to get a 15mm and a torque wrench to get off

Push the posts behind something to hold them back. Makes battery removal/installation easier. And there won't be sparking when the posts accidentally make contact with the terminals.

Just remember to either leave the car running or use memory saver especially in Hondas or you gotta reset the radio

@@franko8572 if power is lost in some Hondas there is a radio code (usually in owners manual) needed to unlock the radio

I’m REALLY struggling with this right now. So far I’ve got the headlights out and on the floor and I’ve been putting water mixed with soap into a tiny little hole on the side of the light itself. Still nothing though.

⁠⁠@@legitimate_opposition2002no thats where the heat escapes from so the lights don’t overheat. there should be a little tube behind where the lights sit at, get a drain tool and drain the old fluid out and then put the new fluid in and it should run like a charm
