AJ is an old soul. She’s been writing songs like this since she was a teenager. I love her music.

I have been listening to and watching her since she was about ten years ago; in the Tuttle Family Band. Sully, in her band, and Molly were part of that band.

This is a song from the Spanish American War Era. The war was instrumental in repairing the damage left after the Civil War. For the first time since 1865 Southerners rallied behind the Stars and Stripes and the old wounds were healed as the country shared a renewed patriotism. Here's the best version of this song I know, played on the only unique American musical instrument. Enjoy.
