@@markstevens2428 Keep in mind that this video is for Wyndham timeshares, using the Ovation program and it is only if they qualify. I am not sure about other timeshare companies. I hope you figure out a way to get rid of your timeshare. Thanks for watching!

@@2024HondaAccordLiker It just suddenly stopped, then the lights came on. I now understand why it takes Space Mountain so long to come back up, once it goes down. Clearing all the rockets takes a long time.

I’m gonna try this. I own at Vacation Village at Parkway, Orlando, Fl for 10 years. Maint. Fee $1200 now. Every other year. IWANT OUT!!! NO WILL STUFF. BURDEN.

I bought vacation village but in the Berkshires back in 2007. Paid in full. Regretted it almost immediately when we tried to use our week and had to pay extra RCI fees then the maintenance fees etc etc.. We only used it 2x for vacation, wasn't worth the hassle we could never get the locations or dates we wanted. I just stopped paying any and all fees in 2012. got a few threatening collection letters, I ignored. they dinged my credit but I didn't care. I refuse to give them another dime. looked at hiring a timeshare exit lawyer but they wanted over $5k.. from what I have read if you just stop paying they will just foreclose. I haven't had any correspondence from them since 2016. I think they gave up. my credit score is currently about a 780 and they don't appear anywhere on my report. save your $1200 a year and invest it instead!

Thank you! Excellent information.Went to a meeting last night and found out that it would cost me $7.818.00 to the developer to get out of my timeshare.Reason of trying to get out is that I don't like the fact that my kids and grandkids will be paying the maintenance fee for the next thirty years.

From a former Wyndham sales rep. It's a scam sales process, for a product that is actually a liability, and so, I quit. If the product was an asset, banks would loan as such. Yet, they provide loans at personal rates. Why? There is no asset to attach worth more than $1 if the sucker, sorry, fails to make payments. In fact, with a lifetime of maintenance fees, a timeshare is a liability. Banks are not stupid.

Great video! I went last year and couldn't help but notice the sad lack of care given to the town and other dioramas. There was glue seeping from underneath the cars on the Piston Cup set, not to mention the poor rare unreleased diecasts fading from the sunlight. Wouldn't be surprised if they remove all dioramas and the town eventually. It's sad how dead the Land is with no Precision Series sets, exclusives, or even Piston Cups being sold. I went there initially in 2012, then 2023, and don't plan on going again seeing how incredibly corrupt the Disney company has become with the retheming of Splash Mountain and other bad changes.

It does matter if the company 'takes' it back because you still have to pay closing costs.

Removing the stress of thinking about the Timeshare in the back of you mind of using it, selling it or just ignore it, now its gone from you mind, peace. Timeshares are a scam that is why it always takes a hard sell to sell them to the public.

I love Lily of The Desert Juice. It also helps with my arthritis. Really cuts down on gas too and helps my skin. Its not a cure all but it sure helps

If you are referring to when Space Mountain was made, it opened in 1977. I rode on it as a kid in 1977 or 1978. They changed the ride in 2005, for Disneyland's 50th Anniversary. When it was originally made it had no music. Thanks!
