have you guys attended the seminar on coming up with useless names? research developement innovation technologies meets reliability maintenance solutions. none of those names say anything they are just placeholders for a real name

Stability is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of machinery. An unstable and old foundation can cause the machine to vibrate excessively, which can lead to damage and premature wear and tear, resulting in more frequent maintenance and replacement costs. Thank you very much RMS Ltd for this wonderful video showing how these problems are visualized.

Very valuable tool. No one would ever imagine some of these things happening, but to see it , brings reality right up front in living color.

It's crazy to imagine - changing component "A" can prolong the life of unrelated component "B" simply because component "A" vibrates out of phase with component "C"! On a lighter note, ghosthunters might want to add this to their barrage of test equipment.

I have a question that the device vibrates in 3 directions XYZ and in motion video also oscillates in 3D, but the result is only XY direction, so how to analyze the Z direction directly from the outside?

Really it amazing Technology to doing modal test and saving massive time during test, thanks RMS For this technology , I have some questions about this module : 1- its this module effective for other Excitation Forces Except 1x running speed like ( 2x , VPF , GMF , BRF...... etc.) or only for 1X Running speed ? 2- how about the accuracy for modal results compared with normal Modal test using Contact sensors& Vibration analyzer ? thanks Again RMS

It’s amazing this doesn’t have more views in a feild service technician that’s between 4 guys in our service are takes care of multiple customers and approx 1,250 pieces of we take care of ranging in 125HP to 1,500HP in our area we have had systems that have had high vibration and been extremely hard to pin point I think this would be a perfect tool to show customers this issue

0:10 base problem, the best way to ensure that the foundation is correctly connected to the machine is to use epoxy grout and good anchoring techniques. 0:21 anchoring problem, more often, anchor bolts break from too little tightening than too much.
