The builder submits a parking statement for approval in the Building Proposal department of the BMC. These parking statements are submitted for approval by the Architect on behalf of the builders.

Namaste 🙏, Gentlemen I have been following your channel and empowered to some extent. 1. Ours is a CHS in Mumbai, which got possession in the year Dec 2012. 2. Developer maintained the society until Dec 2015. 3. In our redevelopment general meeting Developer and the Architect appointed by the society said that ₹1.75 cr shall be given to the society to lighten the burden of maintenance cost to the members, as many members are from lower income class. 4. Society started collecting ₹2500/ per month from all members since 2016, without using the income from the Corpus fund to maintain the society and reduce the burden on the members. 5. Society is paying ₹5 lacks Income Tax (approx) annually which is not refundable. 6. Few members did not pay the maintenance charges since 2016, as the committee did not furnish maintenance bills with appropriate break-up of the same which was their legitimate demand as the required amount collected is excessive. 7. Now the society has filed a case with the deputy registrar under section 154 B-29 for recovery only on five members out of 138 members of which around more than 100 members have not paid their dues for the last 3 to 4 years.

my society is not following bylaws despite of registrars letters. they don't repair leakages and encroachment. registrar has sent 10 letters but no action taken from managing comitee

Hi i am form Andheri west Sagar City.in 2010 bilder agr taken our house for develop SRA building but 2010 to 2016 bilder are paid rent to as but after 2016 Bilder are not given rent from 2016 to Till now date what can i do Nd Bilder are not Given Flat also ........

Sir i would be kin to know as our society has a OC permitting with total number of flats 63 and 18 shops and and we want to obtain convayence were our builder has encroached the stilt parking into flats as we have checked the recent status there no change in OC in such case how do we obtain our society convayence

😂I have been Speaking about this RTS because i have seen how alert the officials were to complete their task within the time frame. But later on it lost steam. Perhaps to downplay it because it was becoming a pain in the neck of public officials. Citizens,should come forward and take up the RTS in real earnest. Vasantasena srinivasan
