Great video! I was thinking of doing this route myself tomorrow. How long did it take you?

@@bobsfilms1 It took me in total roughly 6.5 hrs, including breaks and filming. I also went the wrong way up The Cobbler when coming off Beinn Narnain which added time on alongside going the wrong way to start 🤦🏼♂️ I think you could do it in roughly 5.5 hrs or maybe faster. It’s a good route you’ll enjoy it!

Thank you for sharing. When walking the Rob Roy Way I took a detour to Comire and then across the Highlands on this trail back to Loch Tay. An amazing place.

Dude, what about half the dunkers in the NBA? Especially the taller ones.. they have like 8 foot wingspans, mines is about 6'6/6'7 at best. And it doesnt look like I jump high because I don't flick my legs up behind my ass like the NBA players do either. And wheres your video of you dunking?... 'Hi Hater'.

I done about 7 weeks, and Im still doing it. My knees are fine and you shouldnt have a problem as long as you stretch properly before each time and warm up and down correctly! If they do get sore though I would take a week off and skip it for a week.

hi there, you said that you used air alert III did you actually do all 15 weeks? and your knees are ok? I have a 5'5 friend that can touch the rim but hes knees are in a very bad situation after using air alert III, so I wanted to ask if it had any bad affect on you before I start it myself (6'0 with a good jump can touch rim)
